Since I live in Boston, I do go to three arcades in the Boston area, and I will list the most popular arcade games available for that particular arcade.
#1. The Arcade on Washington Street, north of Chinatown MBTA station on the Orange Line.
How to get there: Orange Line or Buses #11 or #49 to Chinatown Station, then walk north on Washington Street for about 5 minutes.
Popular Arcade Games That Exist There: Street Fighter Alpha 3, Marvel Vs. Capcom, Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter, X-Men Vs. Street Fighter (2 machines), Tekken 3 (2 machines), Soul Calibur, NFL Blitz (2 machines (1 2-player and 1 4-player)).

#2. The Game Room at 333 Huntington Avenue.
How to get there: Green Line "E" Train or Bus #39 to Northeastern Stop (above-ground), then walk east on Huntington Avenue for 3 minutes.

#3. Jillian's on Ipswich Street.
How to get there: Green Line "B", "C" or "D" Trains or Bus #57 to Kenmore Square then walk down on Brookline Avenue, then take a left onto Lansdowne Street, then a left at the end onto Ipswich Street. Or Take Buses #8, #60, #65 to Yawkey Way and Brookline Avenue and walk up Brookline Avenue towards Kenmore Square for one block and take a right to Lansdowne to Ipswich Street. Or Take Bus #55 to Lansdowne and Ipswich Street Stop.
Popular Arcade Games That Exist There: X-Men Vs. Street Fighter (controllers are malfunctioned there), Tekken 3, Mortal Kombat 4, Virtua Fighter 3, House of the Dead.

#4. Ryan Family Amusements Arcade at the Kenmore Bowladrome.
How to get there: Green Line "B", "C" or "D" Trains or Bus #57 to Kenmore Square then walk down on Brookline Avenue for 5 minutes. Or Take Buses #8, #60, #65 to Yawkey Way and Brookline Avenue and then walk up one block on Brookline Avenue towards Kenmore Square.#5. MIT Arcade in the basement of the Student Center.
How to get there: #1 or #CT1 bus to the MIT stop or Red Line to Kendall/MIT and walk down Main Street, left on Vassar Street, then left on Mass Ave.#6. BU Arcade in the basement of the George Sherman Union
How to get there: Green Line "B" to BU Central, then walk west on Commonwealth Ave, or #47 and #57 buses (from Watertown only) to the stop closest to Mountfort St and Commonwealth Avenue, then east on Commonweatlh Avenue.
